Until confirmed with a reservation deposit, rates are subject to change without notice.

RENTAL DETAILS

* Check-in time is 3 pm. Check-out is noon on the day of departure. Please contact us if you require special check-out arrangements.
* Payment of one-half of the full rental amount is required when your reservation is confirmed, with full payment due 30 days prior to arrival. A refundable security deposit of $500 is also required.
* Children aged ten and older are welcome.
* No pets are allowed on Vineyard Haven property.
* No smoking is allowed in the house.
* No special events or gatherings at Vineyard Haven involving more the
immediate party is allowed.
* A $100 maid service charge will be added to the total for your stay.

AVAILABILITY & RESERVATIONS

Please e-mail or call for date availability. Last-minute reservations may be made no later than 24-hours in advance. You will receive confirmation of your reservation upon receipt of a Refundable Deposit.

CANCELLATIONS

* You may cancel your reservation without a penalty fee, up to 60 days prior to arrival.
* If you cancel within 60 days prior to your reservation and we are unable to re-book Vineyard Haven, the full applicable rate will be charged.
* There are no refunds for early departures.
